✅ You acknowledge that the venue information, planning concepts, styling ideas, and recommendations shared during the ocular are confidential and intended solely for your event planning with Shabby Chic Style Studio.
✅ If, after the venue visit, you decide that the venue is not the right fit for your event, you are under no obligation to proceed with that venue, and we fully respect your decision.
✅ However, you also agree that the venue information, planning concepts, styling ideas, recommendations, and other materials shared during the ocular will not be used to obtain quotations, proposals, or services from other event suppliers.
✅ You agree to attend your confirmed ocular schedule or notify us in advance should you need to reschedule.
