This online appointment is intended for clients who are genuinely interested in the wedding planning, coordination, venue styling, and related services offered by Shabby Chic Style Studio.
This consultation is provided exclusively for clients who are considering booking our services and is not intended solely for obtaining venue information, supplier contacts, pricing comparisons, or confidential business information.
2. Confidentiality
All information shared during the online consultation—including but not limited to venue details, venue locations, supplier information, package pricing, quotations, concepts, floor plans, layouts, presentations, planning materials, recommendations, and business strategies—is strictly confidential and remains the exclusive property of Shabby Chic Style Studio.
3. Non-Circumvention
By requesting this appointment, you agree that you will not:
• Contact any venue introduced during the consultation for direct booking without the involvement of Shabby Chic Style Studio.
• Request confidential venue contact details for the purpose of bypassing our services.
• Contact, negotiate, or book directly with any supplier introduced during the consultation without our participation.
• Use any information obtained during the consultation to avoid engaging the services of Shabby Chic Style Studio.
4. Business Ethics
Our venue partnerships, preferred suppliers, negotiated rates, event concepts, and planning process are the result of years of professional experience, business relationships, and investments.
We respectfully ask all clients to honor these relationships and observe professional business etiquette throughout the consultation process.
5. No Recording or Sharing
Audio recording, video recording, screen recording, screenshots, photography, livestreaming, copying, forwarding, uploading, or sharing any portion of the consultation or its contents is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Shabby Chic Style Studio.
6. Intellectual Property
All presentations, quotations, concepts, layouts, mood boards, event plans, proposals, planning documents, designs, and other materials presented during the consultation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shabby Chic Style Studio.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any purpose without our prior written permission.
7. Good Faith
By submitting this appointment request, you confirm that you are requesting the consultation in good faith with the sincere intention of exploring or booking the professional services offered by Shabby Chic Style Studio.
You acknowledge that this consultation is not intended for venue scouting, supplier sourcing, price comparison, or collecting confidential business information for use outside of our services.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate
Shabby Chic Style Studio reserves the right to decline, reschedule, suspend, or terminate any consultation if there is reasonable belief that these Terms & Conditions have been violated or that the consultation is being used for purposes inconsistent with its intended objective.
9. Appointment Confirmation
Submitting an Appointment Request Form does not automatically confirm your appointment.
Your appointment will only be considered officially confirmed once you receive an Official Appointment Confirmation from Shabby Chic Style Studio.
Venue details, meeting links, showroom location (if applicable), appointment instructions, and other confidential information will only be provided after your appointment has been officially confirmed.

☐ I agree not to record, screenshot, photograph, distribute, or share any confidential information presented during the consultation.
☐ I understand that submitting this Appointment Request Form does not automatically confirm my appointment and that I must wait for the Official Appointment Confirmation from Shabby Chic Style Studio.
