Do you Customize a Package?
Yes! Our event packages are thoughtfully designed to make planning easier, but we understand that every celebration is unique. We can discuss adjustments based on your event type, guest count, venue, preferred styling, and specific needs.
Do we need to provide crew meals?
Yes. Crew meals are not included in the package to give you more flexibility and help you save. You may provide any rice meal for the crew, or we can arrange it for ₱250 per person per meal.
Can you work with-in my budget?
We offer different package options designed to provide beautiful and well-coordinated celebrations at different budget levels. Share your target budget with us and we’ll help you explore the most practical options available.
Do you have “hidden charges”?
No. Our published package rates are tax-inclusive, and there are no hidden charges. Any additional cost only applies to optional upgrades or specific requirements not included in your chosen package.
For transparency, please take note of the following:
- Crew meals are not included, giving you flexibility to provide your own meal or arrange one with us.
- Transportation fees may apply depending on the venue location. Packages with an included venue already include the transportation fee.
- Holding fees may apply for venues on upper floors or with parking located far from the event area.
- A ₱5,000 security deposit may apply, particularly when crew meals are not provided. This may be used to cover applicable overtime or other charges.
- Our standard service time is 4 hours for the actual program and ceremony. Overtime charges may apply beyond the included service time, depending on the package.
- Upgrades are optional. For example, standard packages may include monoblock chairs, but you may upgrade to Tiffany chairs if preferred.
We encourage you to review the complete package inclusions before booking so you know exactly what is included in your chosen package.
Is there an appointment fee or consultation fee?
Consultations are free and can be done online or in-office. However, appointments are reserved for clients who are ready to book, not for canvassing, comparing prices, or simply gathering ideas.

We have showroom locations in Manila and Bulacan,(click this link for map location and more information) but we provide services nationwide and internationally.
We’ve worked on events in Pangasinan, Baguio, Cebu, Isabela, Bali, Indonesia, the Middle East, and the USA.
You may also visit our showroom in Los Angeles, California.
